Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel has amazing views of the Plenney main slopes and the surrounding mountains, making it the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout. However, there was a slight impression of not feeling entirely welcome at times. The location couldn't be more ideal, being close to both ski-lifts and right in the center of town, offering easy access to all the key spots in Morzine.
The hotel offers rooms with balconies overlooking the slopes for a fabulous relaxing view, which were very comfortable with a wonderful power shower perfect after a hard day's downhill biking. However, the rooms were basic in terms of amenities. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist with ski equipment and passes. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the town center, shops, and lifts, providing easy access to the main attractions. The dining experience was average, with a self-service buffet, but it could be hit and miss when busy. Overall, a great value for money stay with friendly and helpful service.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and had enough space for storage, perfect for our early midday arrival and ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so friendly and going out of their way to make our stay special. The location was ideal, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and ski lifts. The dining experience was clean, useful, and helped us fuel up for a day of skiing. Overall, a great value for money option with fantastic facilities.
